It depends on the type of application, where it is to be installed and the vehicle to be loaded. Contact our staff for a free consultation.

Where are the chargers you sell manufactured?

All the charging stations we offer are manufactured in Europe. We guarantee our customers full certification and support.

Do you have a financing/leasing offer to offer me?

Yes. We work with different banks depending on the country where the client is located.

Do you also do post-warranty maintenance?

Yes. We have service packages that we negotiate directly with customers depending on their needs: for routine maintenance or post-warranty repairs.

Can you help me manage my payments?

Yes. With our backoffice, WENAR Cloud, we offer a secure and cost-effective solution. Ask our consultants about the best deal for you.

Can I install the charger myself?

No. Charging stations, even private ones, must be installed by a qualified electrician. You can choose your trusted installer.

How do I access the service?

Contact us and we will send you a link to register. We will also send you a subscription agreement.

What is the protocol for communicating with the station?

The software communicates with the charging station using OCPP (necessary in the station for communication). This allows you to manage the device as a charging station operator (CPO), including remote control and diagnostics

Is a free trial period possible?

Yes. You will have 7 days to try and test the platform before being invoiced for the first cycle.

How does Wenar treat my privacy?

How do I pair my NANO with the Wenar app?

Our engineers will complete the initial pairing and configuration on the day of installation. But if you encounter any technical problems after installation, you may need to add NANO to your application again.

How do I get access to the service?

You can install and use the app at no charge. Only if you need to use a public charging station will you have to register a payment card.

How can I pay for public charging services?

You have two options: you can top up your prepaid account in the app or register one or more debit/credit cards. Before each transaction, you decide which payment method to use.

Can I get an idea of the cost of charging?

Yes. Each charging station shown on the map clearly shows all the costs associated with charging. There are no hidden costs.

Services

Are all services available throughout Europe?

Yes. We guarantee the use of all services in Europe (Services in some countries may differ).

What happens if I don't move on after the initial audit?

The initial audit service with inspection by our staff is invoiced as a single service. When the decision is made to proceed with the investment, the amount paid will be deducted from the total amount of work.

Is there a guarantee for your services?

Yes. Our services are covered under warranty, and in the case of some charging station manufacturers, installation by certified personnel is necessary to keep the product warranty valid.

What components do you use for repairs?

We use only original and manufacturer-certified parts in our work and repairs.

Do you also install home chargers?

Yes. We have a nationwide network of electrical installers who install our devices on preferential terms. You can also purchase our devices directly from our certified installers.

Do you handle the preparation of documentation for state agencies?

Yes. We represent the investor in the preparation and submission of all the required documents and in the final acceptance of the station by the Public Service Commission.
